Priya and Wesley’s families came from Mumbai, London, and Charleston, and the wedding had to belong to all three. We designed a full weekend at Palmetto Bluff — a riverside welcome party on Friday, a vibrant Hindu ceremony Saturday morning, and a black-tie reception that evening.
The ceremony was the heart of it: a marigold-and-ivory mandapa beneath the live oaks, layered in deep green and a thousand strung blooms. We worked hand-in-hand with the couple’s pandit and families to honor every ritual, then transitioned the same lawn into a candlelit dinner by nightfall.

“They honored two cultures without compromising either, and made 220 travelling guests feel like they’d come home.”Wesley & Priya
Logistics were the quiet work — room blocks for 220 travelling guests, transportation between three event sites, welcome bags in every room, and a printed weekend itinerary. By Sunday brunch, two families felt like one.
